Frequently Asked Questions
How long should I burn my candle?
We suggest burning for a maximum of 4 hours at a time. After 4 hours the tin or glass jar can overheat, and the wax will burn at a faster rate than normal.
There is smoke when I blow out my candle. How do I stop that from happening?
Excessive smoke after you blow out your candle normally happens when the wick is too long and has mushroomed. To reduce the amount of smoke (or sooting), simply trim your wick after every burn.
Let your candle cool completely before trimming your wick. You should trim the wick to 1/8"-1/4".
I ordered my candles online and they arrived damaged/broken. What do I do?
